Perched on the hillside and within walking distance to the centre of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi lies Villa Napoles. This superb complex is set on 2000 square metres of terraced gardens and boasts a private in-ground pool, abundance of outdoor living space, and magnificent views of Praiano, Li Galli Islands and the Amalfi Coast.

The gated complex comprises of a main villa and three studio apartments, two located on entry level adjacent to the villa, and a third studio located on the lower level.

The Main Villa

The main villa is split over two floors and enjoys classical period decor with traditional stone and timber interiors.

Accommodating up to 8 people, the top floor of the villa consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional single bed option in each room. The master bedroom enjoys terrace access and is furnished with antique 17^th Century wooden masonry.

Down an internal staircase you will reach the lower level of the villa, and main living and dining area. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all the essentials to make meal preparation for your group a breeze. It includes an oven, 4-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer. The combined kitchen and dining area is neatly furnished with antique wooden table for 8 people.

The main lounge room is directly adjacent to the kitchen and dining space and offers a cosy corner for rest and relaxation. It is quaintly furnished with an eclectic array of antiques and includes a lounge and reading corner with flat screen TV.  Through a set of French doors you step out onto, what is perhaps the highlight of the Villa, a spacious terrace with uninterrupted sea views.  Here, you can gaze out over the Mediterranean or sit back and enjoy al fresco dining while taking in the amazing views. You may wish to organise a pizza dinner with pizza chef as the villa also enjoys a wood fired pizza oven. This space together with the pool deck becomes the main living area during the balmy summer months.

The ground floor of the Villa also houses a twin bedroom and the main guest bathroom. The guest bathroom includes bath tub with shower over, WC, bidet and wash basin. The en-suite bathrooms in the double bedrooms similarly enjoy shower, WC, bidet and wash basin.

The two double bedrooms and lounge room in the main villa have reverse cycle air-conditioning. WiFi internet access is also available.

Studio Apartments

In addition to the main villa, Villa Napoles houses three studio apartments each with separate entrance. The apartments are not directly connected to the main villa. Two are located adjacent to the main villa at entry level, while the third is located on the lower level, accessible by stairway from the garden/pool deck.

The studio apartments are neatly furnished and each includes a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with the necessary equipment for preparing light snacks, tea and coffee.  One of the studio apartments also enjoys a separate living space with lounge area. The three studio apartment combined can accommodate up to 6 people.

The Pool and Outdoor Space

The highlights of Villa Napoles are is its outdoor living space, high position and sunset views over the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi Coast. The villa enjoys an in-ground pool, English gardens and private terraces equipped with sun beds and outdoor furnishings making it the perfect spot to sit back with a glass of wine and soak up the Mediterranean sun.
